My most recent question to Gemini today was "How do I fix my URL on Indie Hackers?" - Turns out, I can't. But, I can turn it into my founder's story.
You'll notice my URL is for my original business concept "Revenue VIP" (Which I still think is a really good idea). The premise revolved around finding clients with a lead gen magnet, getting on a consultation call, and closing them on a high-ticket "AI Blueprint Roadmap" ($1,995+). The product was a strategy to revamp their entire business to give them a competitive advantage with AI. This is how it works.
I would conduct a "deep dive" into the customer's business and see where it can be optimized with AI. Instead of developing AI software myself, I would build a comprehensive list of 100s of AI tools (There's so many out there now) and write them a detailed roadmap on how to integrate the BEST AI tools into their business.
The Pain: Small businesses are scared of AI. Their employees are worried it's going to take their jobs, and it's too advanced for a typical mom-and-pop business owner to understand. Pitching them to save 5-figures and helping them understand the basics (prompts, integrations, etc) is an easy sell for serious business owners.
I want a lifestyle business. That's why I pivoted to Micro-SaaS. SourceZenAI.com was built almost ENTIRELY with AI Agents. Gemini serves as a "Business Consultant" vetting ideas and giving advice on how to code (I was surprised at some of the recommendations that worked!). I used Airtable to build out the database backend and develop the AI engine that runs the system.
If you know anyone who wants to start an AI Consultant Agency, give me a reply and I can give you the whole business model (All I need to do is ask Gemini for a summary anyway.)
