StretchFlow: Week 1 Update – 199 Testers, 727 Sessions, and a Haunted House Worth of Creaks

Hey IH 👋

It’s been just over a week since I quietly launched StretchFlow — a minimalist stretching app for habit-building and mental resets.

Here's what's happened since launch:

📊 Traction so far:

  • 199 testers (up from 33 last week)

  • 727 sessions logged

  • 70+ feedback submissions

  • 20 people told me the app “literally helps them calm down daily”

🚢 What’s been shipped:

  • Dark Mode – #1 request, done

  • Voice toggle – now works on the Timer screen

  • Routine filters + tags – makes navigation smoother

  • Beta user recognition – form now links directly to Premium access

  • Feedback reading marathon – I’m replying to everyone manually (and yes, it's taking a while 🙃)

🛠 Coming up:

  • Push notification reminders (customizable)

  • Visual guidance (images/GIFs for each stretch)

  • A new “Mind Reset” feature – fast 30-sec breathing tool

  • Polishing onboarding & streak encouragement

StretchFlow is built for people who forget to breathe during the day.
I’m trying to keep it simple, calming, and useful — no logins, no ads, just help when you need a reset.

If you’re already testing, thank you. If you’re on Android, I’ve got a prelaunch waitlist open now. And if you're on iOS the TestFlight is live here.

Appreciate you all — you’re shaping this thing more than you know 💚
