StretchFlow
Guided stretches. Daily flow. Feel good.
Hey IH 👋
After a few weeks in TestFlight, I'm officially launching StretchFlow on the App Store today.
It started as a 24-hour burnout project — just me, trying to build something simple and calming to help reset during long days of work and screen time.
Since then, it’s grown into something real:
📱 450+ testers
🔁 2500+ sessions
💬 165+ feedback responses
💚 And dozens of people who told me it helps them actually feel better daily
🚀 What’s live:
✅ Guided voice stretch flows
✅ Routine builder
✅ Dark mode
✅ Voice toggle & Premium gating
✅ Filters + tags
✅ Free forever with optional Premium
🧭 What’s next:
Breathing resets
Visual cues & stretch images
Polish, polish, polish
If you’ve ever:
Sat too long
Worked too hard
Forgotten to breathe...
Give StretchFlow a shot. It’s not trying to be a fitness empire — just a reset button that respects your time.

Hey IH 👋
It’s been just over a week since I quietly launched StretchFlow — a minimalist stretching app for habit-building and mental resets.
Here's what's happened since launch:
📊 Traction so far:
199 testers (up from 33 last week)
727 sessions logged
70+ feedback submissions
20 people told me the app “literally helps them calm down daily”
🚢 What’s been shipped:
Dark Mode – #1 request, done
Voice toggle – now works on the Timer screen
Routine filters + tags – makes navigation smoother
Beta user recognition – form now links directly to Premium access
Feedback reading marathon – I’m replying to everyone manually (and yes, it's taking a while 🙃)
🛠 Coming up:
Push notification reminders (customizable)
Visual guidance (images/GIFs for each stretch)
A new “Mind Reset” feature – fast 30-sec breathing tool
Polishing onboarding & streak encouragement
StretchFlow is built for people who forget to breathe during the day.
I’m trying to keep it simple, calming, and useful — no logins, no ads, just help when you need a reset.
If you’re already testing, thank you. If you’re on Android, I’ve got a prelaunch waitlist open now. And if you're on iOS the TestFlight is live here.
Appreciate you all — you’re shaping this thing more than you know 💚

Hey IH 👋
4 days ago I quietly launched StretchFlow — a minimalist stretch app for people like me who sit too long, code too hard, and forget to move.
No login. No ads. Just calming 5–10 min flows to reset your body and mind during the day.
In 4 days:
💥 33 beta testers
🧘♂️ 100+ sessions logged
💬 Best quote so far:
“This is the reason I remember to relax my shoulders and unclench my jaw.”
What’s live:
✅ Guided flows (with or without voice)
✅ Custom Routine Builder
✅ In-app feedback loop
✅ OTA updates for fast iteration
✅ Public roadmap now live — building transparently 💡
🎁 Want to test it? (iOS only)
I’m giving free lifetime Premium to anyone who shares even one line of feedback.

👇 Would love your advice:
What’s helped your habit-based app retain users?
What would make you come back daily?
Would you pay $3/month for something that actually helps neck/back tension?
Every reply helps me shape what comes next 🙌
Thanks for reading — and for building with me 💚

Hey IH! A few days ago I posted about StretchFlow, a super minimalist stretch app for people like me — who sit too long, think too much, and forget to stretch 😅
I launched it quietly on TestFlight and already have 15+ testers — with some beautiful feedback rolling in. Most testers came from Reddit and DMs, and a few have even shared it with friends.
What’s new:
🧠 "Build Your Own Routine" is now live
💬 Voice feedback is smoother
🔄 OTA updates are helping me push fast changes without App Store delays
🧘♂️ Focus is still on simplicity, calm, and habit-building, not fitness overload
If you're someone who:
Works/studies for long hours and wants a reset button
Lifts/runs and forgets to stretch
Wants a calm, structured daily ritual
I’d love to have you try StretchFlow.
🎁 Bonus:
If you send any feedback at all (even “it’s cool” or “meh”), I’ll unlock Premium for life for you — no strings attached.

Big thanks to everyone who’s helped me improve the app already — you're literally shaping how it grows.
Let’s get better together,

Hey folks — I’ve been working on this over the past few weeks and just pushed it live on TestFlight. It’s called StretchFlow — a minimalist stretching app that helps you reset your body and mind in a few minutes a day.
I built it because I work out regularly but totally neglected stretching. Every app I tried was either bloated, ugly, or trying to be some full-on fitness platform. I just wanted something clean, fast, and calming.
So I made my own.
What it does:
Guided stretch sessions (2–10 min)
Calming voice cues + clean interface
Daily streaks + light tracking
Free tier with 3 voice sessions/week
Premium unlocks full voice + custom routine builder
Not trying to be the next Peloton — just want to help people feel better in between long hours of work, study, or training.
Looking for:
Early testers who sit a lot, lift, run, or just want a reset habit
Feedback on what works / what sucks
Ideas for what to build next
👉 Try it out here (iOS only for now):

Happy to swap feedback if you're building something too 🙌

About
I built StretchFlow because I was constantly stuck in cycles of burnout and distraction — grinding at the gym, working on startups, studying, but neglecting the basic reset button my body and mind needed.
