Substack open rate plummeted?
Has anyone experienced a drop in Substack deliverability or open rate?
For the last few months, one of our substack newsletters has enjoyed a 45% - 50% open rate on average. We have 5,500+ free readers and 1K+ paid users.
The last two emails have plummeted to 20% - 24% open rate.
We have no explanation for this result.

Well if anyone had a similar problem.
Substack confirmed they had an issue and were working on it.
Yet they didn't clarify if to was a problem with deliverability or with reporting.
At least we are now calmer knowing our engagement didn't plummeted.
