So instead of cutting features, I’ve been experimenting with:

Automated decisions
System-driven flows
Opinionated design
This works especially well in AI-driven systems where the product should act, not wait.
We’ve leaned into this idea while building internal tools and client systems at Qwegle, focusing on systems that make decisions for users instead of constantly asking for input.
