On December 3, 2024, InstaRent hit a major milestone: the first paying user. After weeks of refining the landing page, running Google Ads, and offering a free trial, someone finally saw enough value in the product to subscribe.
That first payment wasn’t just about the revenue—it was validation. It proved that the idea I had while struggling to find a rental home resonated with others. Someone believed InstaRent could give them the edge they needed in a competitive rental market, and that belief felt incredibly rewarding.
It wasn’t smooth sailing before this point—there were adjustments to the ads, improvements to the user experience, and moments of doubt. But that first paying user reaffirmed my confidence in the product and motivated me to keep going.
This was just the beginning. With every improvement and every new subscriber, I felt closer to building a platform that could truly make a difference for renters.
