Training models has become easier.
APIs are everywhere.
What’s still hard is helping users understand:
What the AI is doing
When it’s confident
When it’s guessing
What they should do next
Bad AI UI creates mistrust.
Good AI UI creates confidence, even when results aren’t perfect.
Lately, I’ve been prioritizing:
Clear system states
Predictable feedback
Visual cues over explanations
Fewer controls, stronger defaults
This has mattered more than model accuracy in real usage. We apply this thinking while building AI products and interfaces at Qwegle.
