The very first landing page MVP for Jonga just went live. What can I improve?

I launched the very first version of the landing page for Jonga https://jongaproperty.com and would appreciate some candid feedback.

The idea came about as my wife and I purchased our first home together recently and there was soooo many things that were an absolute nightmare during the process. So literally scratching my own itch :)

I've put together a new landing page based and looking to start doing some product validation.

You can see the thread at https://www.indiehackers.com/post/complete-redesign-of-the-jonga-landing-page-after-all-the-feedback-e2af6b1965

    1. "Everything you need to help you find your dream home." is very vague. What do you mean by "Everything"? Obviously no SAAS solution can provide everything. Please make your value proposition clearer.
    2. On the top, you have "BETARequest access to join the private beta" but it's not a link so I am not sure how am I supposed to do that? I would suggest move it below so that first people understand the value proposition.
    3. Based on the body copy, it seems that you streamline the property search process so that you can focus on finding your dream home. I went through your page but I am still not very clear what exactly your solution does and how does it help me?

Can you let me know the following:

    1. Who is your perfect target audience?
    2. What is one tangible, measurable benefit that your solution provides to this target audience?

Thanks for the response. The perfect target audience are couples looking to purchase a home together. We provide a central place to manage the collation of the properties, filtering out based on what both partners think and make keeping a track of your feedback from viewings easier.
