I noticed something in every group I’m in.
Not chaos. Not bad planning.
Just… the same things coming back.
“Did we already decide this?”
“Can someone do this?”
“Wait, what was the plan again?”
You scroll. You kinda remember.
But nothing actually moved.
It’s like everything important just sinks down over time. Not gone — just buried enough that you stop trusting it’s handled.
So what happens?
You ask again.
And again.
At some point you realize you’re not communicating anymore — you’re just resurfacing unfinished things.
There’s probably a better word for it, but it feels like a quiet graveyard of half-decided stuff sitting inside chat.
Anyway — this is the exact problem I kept running into, so I started building something around it.
We keep repeating things in chat. Things get lost. With Lyncus, a household management chat app, things actually get done.
Curious how others deal with this.
