Launching before you have customers takes a different kind of confidence than launching after traction.
One thing that stood out is the comparison with hiring an EA. If people immediately understand what expensive alternative you're replacing, the conversation shifts from "why should I try this?" to "is this good enough to replace what I'm already paying for?" That's a much stronger starting point.
Exactly — and that reframe was the key insight I was missing for months.
I kept trying to explain "AI email triage via Telegram" and people's eyes glazed over.
The moment I framed it as "Dan Martell's EA system for $39/month instead of $3,000" — the conversation changed immediately.
Still figuring out if it's "good enough to replace what they're paying for."
That's exactly what Thursday's PH launch is for.
