    For me, it is tawk.to
100% free. Saved replies is an available feature.
Also, replain.cc is an interesting option.

      Thank you for the suggestion!

Hi I am using www.kommunicate.io. Do it a try. Cheap and Effective

I use Drift, it's pretty nice although probably a bit over complicated for just basic chat. The mobile app + notifications is nice though.

Are there any IH from here who have a similar product? Would love to give it a try.

My clients after free use tawk.to
    My businesses use intercom

I like Drift because of how modern it looks on contemporary websites and also because it has a free plan that's pretty generous.

Drift is nice, but the free plan is just for 100 contacts...I do not think it's generous

I have been using crisp.chat for almost a year on servitor.io without issues. Their free plan is good enough for a simple live chat. :)

I've also used things like Intercom but compared to Crisp, I don't think it is worth the money. Not for a live chat at least.

Thank you, I like Crisp but I think the free version is too limited

What features are you missing when using the free plan of Crisp?

        1. 1

The chats history is limited, I believe that is important to have

Crisp.Chat is a one of great options for monitoring your live traffic as well for live chat.

I am part AeroLeads.com and we have been using it since 2015.

I found it as a great solution for live interaction with website visitor.

I’ve added crisp.chat to my beta site https://beta.playlists.io and only one person wrote something in there.

You can add it, but if it gets used is a different story.

https://crisp.chat/ is really descent solution with great free plan.

According to the Startup Costs directory, Intercom (though not free) is quite popular, followed by Drift and Crisp. 🤙

I use Smooch on Blind Valet

I have messages on my Facebook page as well as my support email address going into Smooch. On the backend I have it integrated to Slack. So whether they come through the web chat, Facebook, or support email, it creates a Slack channel for that conversation and automatically responds to them through the proper method.

If they are logged into my site, I am also able to update the conversation with their Blind Valet user id, email address, full name, etc. So that I can easily check their app data.

It is free up to 500 conversations per month. I am still on the free plan (3 or 4 conversations a day typically)
