What do you hate about my landing page?

Hey folks, I'm looking for feedback on my landing page. Without knowing any context:

  • Can you understand what we offer?
  • Does the design fit the product?
  • What can be improved?

Also:

  • Any feedback on the idea itself?

Thanks!

    • white on gray is hard to read
    • Therapist texts are way too long. "Read more" button to expand it?

Thanks, good suggestions. I should definitely condense the bios

It says "certified" but doesn't explain what the certification is.

Would linking "certified" to the bottom section provide more clarity?

No you have to link to a page explaining what certifications you accept. See for instance https://www.zippia.com/psychologist-jobs/certifications

Mmm, by certified, I meant licensed psychologists. I'll try to make that clearer

The landing page is nice and clean and the intro is simple and easy to digest. I would only say that the in-person illustration conflicts with the copy that says "online" therapy. Might be better to find an illustration of a zoom call type interaction.

I would also add a little more in the intro copy to answer burning questions such as: will I get stuck with someone I don't like, can I pick from a menu of therapists, do I get stuck in an annual subscription, what's the commitment...? You could almost have 3 bullets there answering those kinds of things upfront.

The therapist bios are too blocky and won't be read through. I would shorten them and break up into smaller paras.

I would be tempted to add a section about privacy and how your data is treated. Just to reassure people.

Good idea! There are a bunch of competitors that I hear of on podcast ads but I think they are just US based. Like Better Help? You could learn a lot from what they are having success with.

Hey, this is really useful feedback, thanks for taking the time to write it! Here's my feedback on your landing page:

The hero section at the top is clear and it's easy to understand the problem and the product.

The video is nice, but seems more like it's intended to show existing users how to set up the schedule, then to attract new users. It could be much shorter and show a practical example. I'd skip on the configuration steps completely and just show an interaction like:

A (types): What time should we meet?
      B: I'm free Monday after 4, Tuesday between 1-3 (...)
      C: Just use my timecheck

Followed by the successful end (a date successfully set)

The section "Are you already a beta tester", I'd remove it all together. Instead, email that to your users.
