Wherever people come, community naturally arises

Conversations alone are usually not enough to keep people engaged. We are busy people with life priorities. Talking all day is a luxury, but having it as part of the mix of our community efforts can be magical.

Wherever people come, community naturally arises.

  • Come for the content, stay for the community
  • Come for the course, stay for the community
  • Come for the action, stay for the community
  • Come for the tool, stay for the community
  • Come for the AI, stay for the community

Questions to ask:

  • What else are you building for your people?
  • What experiments can you trial out to see if people really want what you offer?
  • What are people talking about that validates building something of value?
  • How can you serve the 10% of people who come for x as a way of gaining deeper insight into your people and their needs?
