Why I built a "Human" button into my AI platform.

I’m Amir. When I started building Edulavo, I thought the ultimate goal was to automate everything.

I wanted the AI to be the teacher, the curriculum designer, and the grader. I built the "Assessor Agent" to score skills and the "Curator Agent" to find videos. The tech was working. The roadmaps were personalized.

But I noticed a pattern in our beta data.

Users would generate a perfect, personalized roadmap. They would start strong. But by module 3 or 4, drop-off rates spiked.

The problem wasn't the content. The content was perfect. The problem wasn't the structure. The path was clear.

The problem was loneliness.

Learning is hard. When you hit a bug that takes 4 hours to fix, an AI can give you the solution, but it can't give you the encouragement to keep going. It can’t empathize with the frustration of "Tutorial Hell."

The Pivot: AI for Logistics, Humans for Motivation This realization forced me to rethink Edulavo. We didn't need to replace teachers; we needed to give them superpowers.

We launched Mentor+.

• The AI does the heavy lifting: It scans thousands of resources to build the syllabus (saving the mentor hours of planning).

• The Human does the heavy connecting: A real expert reviews your progress, unblocks you when you are stuck, and keeps you accountable.

The Hybrid Future I am betting that the future of education isn't "AI vs. Humans." It’s AI + Humans. The AI is the GPS that shows you the fastest route. The Mentor is the co-pilot who keeps you awake at the wheel.
