Why we chose to rebuild from scratch instead of iterating
We had a working app — second generation, proper features, real users. We chose to throw it away and start over.
The short version: users in 55+ countries taught us that the core problem, modeling your financial future, needs a fundamentally different approach. Not better forms. A different interaction model entirely.
