Will you roast my landing page?

My dear IH folks! I've come to you to gain clarity and widsom and hope you shall help me by roasting the landing page of my SaaS!

Backstory
-
Dawn was born out of past personal experiences with depression and burnouts as well as frustration at past companies where not enough emphasis was put on working on less tasks but with better output quality.

The project
-
Dawn is a project management tool that lets you plan your workdays with your team's well-being in mind. It's targeted towards busy freelancers (with multiple clients) and small teams that want to keep track of their well-being in parallel to planning their work.

What I'm looking for
-
• Is the messaging conveyed clearly enough?
• What important information is missing for you to register?
• Any other feedback is welcome!

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Damien, interesting premise. It's not obvious to me whether the landing page is aimed at the manager / ceo or the team member, because you change the PoV throughout the page.

    Here's my detailed feedback: https://screenbud.com/s/j5Uut8gguTQ

Petr, this is some very good poins you're raising! Truly appreciate you taking the time to roast my landing page at length this way!

What is your personal perspective? Should it cater to managers or individuals?

        It depends:

        • If you think individuals can benefit from Dawn on their own, then it would be good to have a landing page targeting the individual. This could allow Dawn to grow organically from within companies.
        • In either case, I would have one landing page targeted at the people who will make the buy recommendation (product owners, managers, etc.)

Makes perfect sense, thank you so much! Have revamped the homepage for managers today. Will focus on individuals later!

    Random insights:

    1. I would suggest changing the CTA text, a recent growth bite post explained it nicely: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/tip-convert-more-leads-by-using-exploratory-wording-in-your-ctas-5824b44e0a
    2. Do you think 7 days is enough to see the value of your app? The end of the trial should be where your users are convinced enough. What is the point when they sense the difference? After planning? After a week/month when they see statistics?
    3. You should state near the CTA if the registration would need a credit card or not.
    4. What can you say to a visitor that already uses a similar tool? How can you help to make the switch easier e.g from Trello?

Loving the random insights a LOT Tamás, thank you so much for these!
And I think you're very correct in questioning the 7-days —especially with the mood statistics just added this week!

      Really appreciate you chiming in!
