Would YOU convert? ;)

For another try with CPC ads I created a landing page that is a slight modification of the website's home page.
The CPC guy says I should repeat the form just below the hero image - but I'm afraid no one would then scroll down below it.

Is it really good that the navigation (the main menu) is hidden?
Or perhaps it should be displayed but used only for local navigation within the page (anchor links)?

Super Monitoring

What do you think? Would you convert? ;)

I wouldn't. Way too hard to read for me to have spent the time reading 'what we do for you'. All the top stuff is just marketing guff.

    • As a business owner -- if I was seeking either website and web application monitoring... then I want to see what you do well, different from all the other monitoring services.
    • I would want to see evidence at how savvy your tool works, as compared to others. This space is saturated as so business owners seek trusted platforms, savvy/1-click style solutions.
    • Especially as there are open source options in this market
    • I tried to read the section under "What we do for you' but it is difficult. The icons (that do not mean a thing to me) are distracting. They are too block like and take. my focus while trying to read the words.
    • There are 9 points in the "what we do for you" and human brain typically forgotten the first one by they time they reach 9. 7 points ideal, 3 even better.
    • The LP is showing no evidence that you are able to think from a business perspective. Businesses only spend money on monitoring services to manage the risk. Mitigate loss of customer's, prospect's. Why would a business use. your services if it does not seem you get the business risk they are trying to manage
    • Dashboards are the best way to manage risk. Customisable dashboards, and ability to set 1-click alerts on either any parameters or if not available a set of parameters.
    • I would redraft and think from a business perspective. You get 32sec all the time, and 2 min some of the time. I would use it wisely. The current LP ignores the basic well known understanding of UX (human interaction focus).
    • As for the superheros. The risk of website / web app is not such a high risk like tsuanmi or something. I would definitely want a superhero to the rescue in any life-threatening danger. Bit far fetched (aka marketing gimmick) for a web app/website.

I watched the video for 15 seconds and I totally got it.
It's not for me, but I would consider it as an option because you stand out :)

    need some testimonials now :)

My 2 cents. I too find that there is too much info on the landing page. It seems that most of that info should be on the "all features" page or something.

As a developer, it's actually very useful to have all the features listed. But a business owner probably does not understand most of the technical things there.

I would press on some pain points. I tried to come up with some, but it's actually pretty hard.

    • Losing actual sales
    • Losing leads
    • Marketing efforts (if running ads) are wasted if the page is down.
    • Brand well-being (bad if the website not working). Always look good.

Maybe have a diffrent landingpage for diffrent audience?

Superhero/Marvel vibes are not for me so I can't connect much with the concept. I get the idea, but not to my taste.

I left some ideas on how to improve the page - https://visualdebug.com/show/supermonitoring.com

      Thanks.

I can't see the option to answer in Visual Debug, so I will respond here:

      1. Remove it from this page section.
        Why would I remove CTA?

      2. That's not the logo of Capterra. Add the real one, if they are you customer.
It's not a logo, but their badge with official rating.

      3. Make the video more visible
Any idea on how to do it?

      1. 1

The video point is good. I only saw that video after opened the LP a second time. Missed it on first.

        1. You already have plenty of CTA's scattered around the page. Not sure why you want to have one more in the section of customers.
        2. If that's the case, not sure why it is blended in the Our customers section? Plus add a link to the Capterra profile.
        3. With this image, I guess you can't. The idea is good, but in this case you would want the people to watch the video, so you need to make it as visible as possible.
        1. 1
          1. Shouldn't the CTA be visible all the time? It's not sticky in this design, so I put it in every module. I don't think it interferes with the conversion.
          2. Because the rating is based on customers' feedback. There is no link for the same reason there is no navigation to let users browse to other pages. To keep the user on the page.
          1. 1

Okay, why don't you just create a new element emphasising on the high G2 rating you have? Maybe even put some customer review as well.

Not me. Kept feeling annoyed I wasn't at the form yet as I scrolled.

    • Give me three benefits (not features) under the hero image and then bang the form in.
The absolute top benefits they get from using all those features.
    • Then 'what do you get' features - but bulleted, super tight text, no fancy icons, right next to the form. Less than 9. Just the main ones.
    • After that, it's just convincer stuff to keep them on page. Definitely need to shift the 'our customers' stuff to the bottom, well below the form.

It's kinda risky to put headline and summary text in an image too (and those need some benefits too). And the try for free button in the header image prob would do better in the top right hand corner. It's hard to see where it is.

Maybe look at the language too (which hints at the perspective you're seeing it from). Move from 'what WE do for YOU' to 'what YOU get'. You're not conferring some kind of honor on them. They're going to compare your service elsewhere. Focus on what the customer wants. Like, you buy a product or service because it benefits you in a specific way. Probably quite a narrow margin of benefit. Then you're super happy when you realise it comes with a bunch of extra stuff.

    I wouldn't.

    1. I get distracted by the super-hero theme, personally I just want info, not something that might seem like a joke/parody.
    2. The "our customers" section looks fake, I doubt those companies are actually customers:

    img

    1. I don't see a piercing button/section. If I don't know the price, I won't sign up.
    1. 1

2 - It's not fake. We've been on the market since 2008 (since 2010 as Super Monitoring). We have more large customers (including government) in our portfolio, but the other large companies are local (Polish), not recognizable globally.

3 - From that (and some other) comments I'm starting to think that creating a simplified dedicated landing page doesn't make much sense as it should include all the info from the main website...

I actually managed to go to your real homepage and it seems A LOT more legit. The simple page seems like a scam/email magnet page, not for an actual product.
