Would you like to join our online business book club?

Hey, folks!

We (my co-founder and I) are organizing a digital book club for entrepreneurial books. The book club is online: there is a chat group, and we’ll facilitate remote online meetings every two weeks to discuss a new book. It’d be awesome if you could join us on this journey!

The first book we are reading is “Zero to One” by Peter Thiel, and our first meeting is on 27.01.20. We already have two next books lined up: “Influence” by Robert B. Cialdini, and “Company of One” by Paul Jarvis.

Membership is very flexible as you can add and remove any components at will:

  • $0 for summaries email summary of every book club meeting;
  • attend video book club meetings: $10 per meeting (pay-as-you-go) or $15 per month (ethical subscription);
  • access to chat: $10 per month (ethical subscription)
  • access to recordings archive: $3 per video (pay-as-you-go) or $10 per month (ethical subscription).

This way, people, who want to attend every single meeting and get the most out of book club can pay a higher amount, and people who want to join only occasionally will pay only when they participate.

Additionally, there is a free option in the form of email summaries.

If you are interested, please check out our page:

Any feedback is warmly welcome!

*—ethical subscription: if you haven’t used the membership component in the given month, you won’t be charged for that month, for that component.

      Hey, @dremovd! Worth to mention where? Isn’t it already mentioned on the join page? What did you think about this page?

        I would like to know the price before I follow the link. I supposed there are more people like me, so I added it as a comment.

          Edited the post to include this.

          Got it, so in the post here on IH.

          $10-15/month doesn’t describe the membership precisely enough, because it comes in multiple forms (because you can combine different components that you need):

          • $0 for summaries email summary of every book club meeting;
          • attend video book club meetings: $10 per meeting (pay-as-you-go) or $15 per month (ethical subscription);
          • access to chat: $10 per month (ethical subscription)
          • access to recordings archive: $3 per video (pay-as-you-go) or $10 per month (ethical subscription).

          So people, who want to attend every single meeting and get the most out of book club can pay a higher amount, and people who want to join only occasionally will pay only when they participate. Additionally, there is a free option in the form of email summaries.

          *—ethical subscription: if you haven’t used the membership component in the given month, you won’t be charged for that month, for that component.
