You can't just write content, do technical SEO, and hope the traffic will flow
In SEO, as in everything marketing, consistency is key.
If you want people to discover your content, you've got to market it. How? Well, there are many places you can do that.
Here are some suggestions:
- Do you have an audience? Make sure you share your content with them. This could be Twitter, Facebook, your mailing list, your blog if you already have one (with returning readers).
- Who can you connect with on social media? Anyone posts something related to your content? Be helpful. Share your point of view with a link to your content for more details. Add to the conversation. Don't be spammy. Be useful.
- Where does your target audience hang out? Is it on Reddit? Go there. Is it on Twitter? Tweet at them.

If you know what you're doing it will work: It just take a very long amount of time (don't expect any traffic for the first 8 to 10 weeks),

Basically, you can build pages, index them with google search console and wait: If you did your homework correctly and found keywords with a decent volume and setup the meta tags correctly, you'll slowly get traffic in the following 6 to 8 months, if you don't then you made a few mistakes choosing the keywords
I've done it over and over and have had great success with programmatic SEO, and I never did any marketing for all my side-projects
My lastests experiments in programmatic SEO:
playtoearn.one - is now getting 2k visitors per month (Public stats: https://simpleanalytics.com/playtoearn.one) - after 4 months, I did 0 marketing
marketcapvsmarketcap.com has 200k pages - slowly getting a few visitors a day, it's live since 1.5 months
But you're posting about it here. You posted about it on Medium. Even if it is not super active content marketing, you still posted about it somewhere.
That's promoting your content.
That's not waiting for traffic to magically happen.
