Actioner AI
AI that auto-applies to jobs and screens candidates 24/7
For years, I kept noticing the same frustrating pattern in the job market.
Job seekers were spending hours every day applying manually to roles, rewriting resumes, and preparing for interviews — often without knowing what actually improved their chances. Many talented professionals were sending hundreds of applications and still getting little response.
On the other side, recruiters were overwhelmed with hundreds or even thousands of applicants. Screening became repetitive, time-consuming, and inconsistent. Valuable time that could be spent hiring top talent was instead spent on scheduling calls and filtering resumes.
That disconnect is what led me to start building Actioner AI.
The core problem I wanted to solve
Resumes have become the default currency of hiring — but they don’t really prove capability.
Anyone can write strong bullet points.
Everyone starts looking similar.
Real skills like communication, structured thinking, and problem solving are difficult to measure early.
At the same time, manual job applications are extremely inefficient. Each application can take 15–30 minutes. Multiply that by dozens or hundreds of roles and the process becomes exhausting.
Recruiters face the opposite scaling problem.
Phone screens alone can take weeks, especially for high-volume roles.
I started thinking:
What if the entire early hiring journey could be automated and made performance-driven?
What Actioner AI does today
Actioner AI is designed to automate both sides of the hiring funnel.
For job seekers, the platform helps:
Auto-apply to jobs across platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Optimize resumes to pass ATS filters
Practice realistic AI voice interviews with instant feedback
Build a verified hire-readiness profile based on real interview performance
Track skill confidence and improvement over time
One feature I’m especially excited about is Get Hired — a free readiness profile built from AI interviews.
Instead of relying only on self-reported skills, candidates can prove their ability through structured performance scoring. Over time, this creates a stronger signal for employers and helps candidates stand out in competitive markets.
For recruiters, Actioner AI enables:
AI voice and video screening interviews that run 24/7
Structured candidate scoring and comparative analytics
Anti-cheat detection and automated identity verification
Bulk candidate processing and automated interview invitations
Detailed shareable reports for hiring teams
The goal is simple:
Reduce manual effort and make hiring more data-driven.
What I’m learning while building this
One of the biggest insights so far is that hiring problems are deeply emotional as well as operational.
Job seekers often feel uncertainty and lack of control.
Recruiters feel pressure to move fast while maintaining quality.
Automation alone isn’t enough — people need transparency, feedback, and trust in the process.
Another lesson is distribution.
Building the product is only half the challenge. Getting meaningful feedback from real users is what shapes the roadmap and determines whether the solution truly solves a painful problem.
That’s why I’m launching publicly and sharing progress early.
Looking for feedback
If you’re a founder, recruiter, or job seeker, I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
What part of hiring or job search feels most broken today?
Would performance-based readiness profiles help you trust candidates more?
What would make you comfortable using AI for interviews or applications?
Happy to share demos, numbers, or lessons from the journey so far.
Thanks for reading 🙏
