Building AnimeGenius in 14 Days: My Process

When I set out to create AnimeGenius, the goal was to build a fun, AI-powered platform where users could easily generate unique anime characters. With just 14 days, I focused on these key steps:

Define the Core Feature: The main goal was to create customizable anime characters. I avoided adding extra features to stay focused.

Set Clear Milestones: I spent the first few days building the AI backend, followed by designing the user-friendly frontend.

Launch, Then Improve: I prioritized getting a working product out there, then gathered feedback from early users to fine-tune the platform.

In two weeks, AnimeGenius went live. The MVP is just the start, and we're already improving it based on user feedback! Keep it simple, ship fast, and iterate as you go.
