Launched Cohort 3 (and v. 3.0) of the course
- Participants dropped 50% due to us dropping a cheap access only plan
- We changed marketing strategy. Working towards word-of-mouth, discounts for friends, and newsletter/waitlist that currently has 500+ people
- A few more companies showed interst in corportate trainings. Likely going to develop one after the course
- Plan prices increased from 30 to 50%. It's an expensive course now, ranging from $395 to $590 per seat
- Revenue grew +30% from v. 2.0 course
- Social structures in the course changed: we are currently working towards three levels: 1-on-1 buddies, mini-groups of 7-8 people and the whole cohort.
- Seeing more companies being interested in the course, including some startups and lartger tech companies.

Launched v. 2.0 of the course.
- Audience grew +20%
- We tried marketing it towards Valentine's day, but only one couple subscribed
- A few companies showed interest in the corporate version of the product
- Revenue grew +30% from Janueary course
- Tried hiring a freelance engineer from UpWork to do some coding. Didn't really work out.
- Team is still 2 cofounders + 1 part time assistant. I'd love to keep it this way!

Launced v.1 of the Course
We gathered users from our existing podcast group and did a bit of a customer development with them. As a result, we built a neat-looking landing page and created a first set of lessons on authentic communication. We modearately priced the 3-week cours, with three options: recordings only, cohort, cohort+coaching.
Total signups: 30 cohort users, and about the same number of 'recordings only'
