Not much but it really motivates me to do more good things. Although the product is not very good, but with this support, I will continue to bring more attractive and suitable ideas.

Right now my tool can automatically extract tasks from meeting videos and display them in a simple checklist UI. It’s been super helpful for turning discussions into actionable items without manual note-taking.
But here’s my dilemma:
While the extraction part works great, my tool isn’t yet a powerhouse in task management like Jira, Trello, or Asana. I’m at a crossroads — should I:
Integrate with existing platforms (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) so teams can instantly sync extracted tasks into their workflow?
Build my own full task management system — giving users an all-in-one experience from meeting to task tracking without leaving the app?
I can see pros and cons for both:
Integration → Faster to deliver, users keep their existing tools, less friction to adopt.
Own system → More control over UX, potentially more value in the long term, but will take more time to build and compete with established players.
If you were building this product (or using it), which path would you choose and why?
A few months ago, I was constantly losing focus in online meetings because I was too busy taking notes.
I’d either miss something important or have to rewatch the recording just to figure out action items.
So I built Auto Note — a small web tool that:
Reads your meeting transcription (MP4 file)
Automatically extracts action items into a clean checklist
Adds a title, priority, and short summary for each task
The goal: Let you stay fully engaged in the meeting while still having a clear, structured to-do list afterward.
It’s been a game changer for me — especially in long meetings where context and responsibilities can easily get lost.

It solves a problem if it's accurate... and that bar is high.
Your challenge is going to be in figuring out how to suss out action items. It's clear if they're explicitly stated. But a lot of times a task comes from subtext. "Where is Jeff on that Persimi thing?" "I don't know, I haven't heard from him." "Ugh. Ok." might need to be a check on Jeff or check on Persimi task. On the flip side, jokes about, "We need more vacation days", or "We gotta do something about that Jeff guy commenting on our project." might end up being tasks, adding to the noise that makes the to-do signal less valuable.
Where you can't be sure about accuracy, maybe you can qualify the output with confidence ratings on tasks... highlighting the tasks you're sure are actual to-do items, and then separating things that may not be. Maybe you can even leverage this 'problem' into a solution of suggesting to-do items from subtext. Maybe even using long-term awareness as a feature, "Jeff has missed three meetings. Suggested To Do: Check on Jeff. Develop a Plan B if Persimi doesn't come through." things like that could add huge value. -

Although I don't fall under the target audience, I can tell it works well. The UI is simple and light. I'd like to watch this grow

There are a lot of great note taking AI for meetings right now and I'm seeing them be used more and more by people, with the results continually improving.
It's a cool idea but not a problem I've personally come across. If I were you, my concern would be that something like a Granola could do this quite easily-
