I’m excited to share a major update on my journey. I have officially pivoted my project from an AI branding service to a dedicated digital product store: CardifyHub.
The Goal:
We provide premium, animated digital invitations for weddings and special events that are both elegant and affordable. Our mission is to make celebrations more memorable with high-quality designs delivered instantly worldwide.
What we offer:
Affordable Luxury: Digital cards ranging from $2.99 to $9.99.
Global Reach: Instant delivery to customers regardless of their location.
Animated Designs: Beautifully crafted video invitations for a modern touch.
Current Progress:
I’ve just updated our branding with a new logo that reflects our focus on wedding planning and invitations. I’m also optimizing our Google Sites platform for better mobile performance and a smoother checkout experience.

Day 4 of building CardifyHubAI on WordPress 🚀
Today’s focus was purely on SEO fundamentals:
✅ Clean WordPress structure (pages + blog)
✅ SEO-friendly URLs
✅ First blog published with proper headings (H1–H3)
✅ Google Search Console connected
✅ Sitemap submitted
Why WordPress?
Because even on a free setup, WordPress gives:
• Better indexing
• Faster content publishing
• Long-term scalability
Early insight:
SEO is not about tricks — it’s about consistency.
Even one optimized blog can start showing impressions in days.
Next steps:
• Publish more helpful content
• Improve internal linking
• Track impressions daily

Like many beginners, I had:

No background in startups

I'm Hiran, and I just launched Nexrion - an AI marketplace where creators can list AI agents, workflows, and services in one place. It's basically solving the exact problem you mentioned: "how do people discover quality AI tools?"
Quick story: I'm a non-technical founder who got frustrated trying to find reliable AI services. Everything was scattered (Twitter, Gumroad, Upwork), so I decided to build a central discovery hub.

First consistent users:
- Build in public (Twitter, Indie Hackers like this!)
- Solve a REAL pain point (not just "cool tech")
- Talk to 20-50 people before building
- Manual outreach to your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
What to focus on:
- Validation > building (talk to users FIRST)
- Distribution > product (best product with no users = $0)
- Learning > perfection (ship fast, iterate)
Mistakes to avoid:
- Building for months without talking to users
- Trying to be perfect before launching
- Not asking for feedback/money early
- Ignoring marketing until after you build

Hey man. First of all — it’s really great that you want to change the world for the better. That already puts you ahead of many.
That said, I’ll leave a harsh but honest comment based on my personal experience.
Your project — and even your idea — will not be needed by anyone until you become successful yourself.
Before that, you’ll have to invest not only time, but also creativity, persistence, and money just to get your first test users, even if your product is genuinely brilliant.
So be prepared for the worst.
On top of that, the internet is completely overloaded with information. Realistically, your post will be read by maybe 10 people, and most of them won’t get past the second paragraph.
But this won’t always be the case.
Sooner or later, if you don’t quit, people will notice you.
And one day, they’ll start asking you for advice and consultations.

I completely agree that trust, traction, and real users take time, and I’m fully prepared for that phase.
Right now, my focus is on learning in public, shipping consistently, and slowly helping even a small group of users.

Hey Akshay, love your energy and focus on shipping early! I’m working on something that might help with exactly the challenge you mentioned about finding early users and monitoring conversations.
