Because I’d worked with so many SMEs and startup teams, I knew the pain points intimately:

• dashboards that looked pretty but didn’t answer business questions

• integration nightmares (Excel/CSV/Premier + APIs)

• non-tech users being overwhelmed by “data tools”

• misaligned expectations between what analytics tools promised and what value was delivered

I brought that lens into Cilver.app - designing features and workflows that speak the language of business users, not just data geeks. The modules had to be intuitive, the inputs obvious, and the outputs actionable.

Instead of waiting to build a perfect platform with every possible feature, I launched Cilver.app with the essentials - the core modules that matter: project schedules, progress tracking, cost modules, risks, maps - all connected to data so we could validate real business value fast.

This approach let us iterate rapidly: watch how our early users (construction‐industry clients) interacted, get feedback, and refine the UX and integrations before bloating the product with everything under the sun.
