We added the ability to schedule videos to YouTube and view an activity feed of your recent YouTube videos with engagement and exposure metrics.
Not having direct Instagram publishing had been a huge barrier to entry for most agencies.
We built a workflow that enables direct publishing to all social media platforms including Instagram. We've already seen an increase in reactivation and a decrease in churn.
November was a big month for us. We started the month with 16 customers and ended it with 26.
We built an ancillary product that allows marketers to customize the image, title, and description of any link being shared on social media.
At this time, we haven't publicly announced the new tool; It's natively integrated into our platform and is already being used by top companies such as Eventbrite.
Shortened the trial period from 30 days to 14 days.
We add the ability to publish to Instagram via notifications, which was a big roadblock for a lot of prospects. Adding this integration improved our demo to close rate.
Around this time we also added content approvals.
