10 SaaS businesses currently on my waiting list

So, after implementing a waiting list on https://consultily.com as I'm currently busy with other client work and then posting a huge update about Consultily here: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/i-failed-for-6-months-straight-and-then-achieved-2k-mrr-in-less-than-15-days-1af788f018

Overnight, my waiting list has blown up.

I must add, the first couple of businesses on the list were referrals.

So, that's 10 businesses currently/possibly waiting for consulting from myself.

Hey Rhys, I really like the overall communication on your landing page. Within a few seconds, I understand how you could provide value to my business. Plus it's a great example for a productized consultancy. I predict a very busy time for you in the future.

Yeah it’s a little different but it’s working, I like to think of it as an instant CV aha.

      Thanks for your feedback!

If you don't mind me asking, how do you communicate with your clients?

I use WhatsApp + Zoom for my clients.

Whatsapp is great, whatsapp for business could help with scaling. As an alternative you could use threads like these very same comments as a way to work with clients. You could have your team access the threads to work on your clients' projects and keep things organize. We are building a product that does this.

Are you on Twitter? If so, send me a DM with more details please as this sounds interesting.

Sure, let me also share answer here so other may find it. Here is how it looks:

The left column lists your projects (or clients), then for each client you get a thread (just like an IH thread). You can also turn on chat and a kanban board on per-project bases. Multiple people can access the projects, you decide who. In your case your team members working with your clients. That way you can scale your business, improve your rates and provide a better service.

Your clients get email with updates and so do you an your team. Also on the left column, as project get updates they move to the top, like an inbox.

The platform works great for business offering an unlimited service for a fixed monthly fee. Designers, Wordpress work, SEO, Legal, Marketing, Copy write, etc....

Each thread and reply can be tagged with multiple #hashtags and status, finding information is quick and easy.

Threads work great for more important work related things, yet there is also Slack like chat for each project. No need to create a slack account, new registrations, just one click away:

Will add images shortly, unsure why I can't add them to this post.

Can't seem to add images to images to milestone posts so, you can see them here: https://twitter.com/consultantrhys/status/1285502894385569792
