CreatorPipeline
An organising tool for YouTubers/content creators
I’m 16 and building my first micro SaaS, CreatorPipeline.
Most days I’m excited to work on it. Other days I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing and I’m just guessing my way forward.
I don’t have a technical background or people around me who’ve built software before. A lot of what I do is trial and error. Fix something, break something else, learn, repeat.
There are moments where I wonder if I’m spending time on the right things or if I should already know more than I do. But at the same time, every small improvement makes the project feel more real.
CreatorPipeline isn’t perfect and probably won’t be for a long time. But building it has already taught me more about consistency, patience, and problem solving than I expected.
For people who’ve built products before, did you also feel like you were guessing early on? Or does that feeling never really go away?
I started building my first product not because I had a great idea, but because I kept seeing a problem and couldn’t find a simple solution.
I’m 16, no software background, and from a small town. Most of what I’ve learned has come from trial and error.
A few things that surprised me so far:
• Building is easier than overthinking
• Talking to users matters more than features
• Consistency beats motivation
• Shipping something imperfect is better than waiting
CreatorPipeline is still early and far from perfect, but I’m glad I started.
If you were starting again today, what would you focus on first?

I’m 16 and I’m from a small town where I don’t know anyone with experience in software development.
I didn’t grow up around founders or developers and I had no real idea how products like the ones I used every day were built. But I kept seeing friends and family who were creators struggle with staying organised and consistent and I realised there was a gap.
Instead of thinking someone else would fix it I asked myself why I couldn’t try to learn and build something myself.
That’s how CreatorPipeline started. I had no roadmap and no mentors just a lot of trial and error. I’m still learning everything as I go from building features to handling payments to understanding what users actually need.
CreatorPipeline isn’t perfect and I know it has flaws. But it’s real and it’s a start. More than anything it’s helped me realise that you don’t need the perfect background to begin building something that might help people.
I don’t know where this will lead but I hope this is the start of something much bigger.

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to start a company.
I knew a few friends and family members who were creators and I kept seeing them run into the same problem, ideas everywhere, half finished plans and notes scattered across different apps with no clear way to stay consistent.
Instead of waiting for the perfect tool to exist I decided to try building one.
That’s how CreatorPipeline started. Not as a big startup idea but as a small solution to a problem I kept seeing. I’m 16 and still learning as I go figuring things out one step at a time from building the product to handling payments and understanding what users actually need.
I don’t have everything figured out and I’m definitely not an expert. But building this has already taught me more than any tutorial ever could.
CreatorPipeline is a micro SaaS built slowly intentionally and with real creators in mind. This is just the beginning and I’m excited to keep improving it as I learn.

I’m building CreatorPipeline because staying consistent as a creator can be overwhelming when ideas turn into messy notes and half-finished systems. I’m 16, and I’ve already seen how easy it is to lose momentum.
