The card template looks okay, I wouldn't expect something outstanding from a freebie. The other question is do you need to use exactly this one? Template sites offer thousands of decent card templates, so. But the professional dental clinics must provide the best website, so paid options are highly recommended. I can't imagine these guys using the free card. But, again, if you run a small private clinic, the template is not that bad.

Often, clinics don't pay attention to the website's design, which creates a wrong impression.
