Changed distribution type

So far EmailEngine has been distributed either via source code or installed from npm as a global command. Not everybody has Node and npm installed though so starting from today EmailEngine application can be downloaded as a platform specific binary that only requires Redis to be present but does not need Node or npm. You can download the application and start it, that's it.
