Design and development as a service.
I started offering shorter turnarounds for projects and putting more focus on web development.
There's been a lot of agency interest for these services and I'm currently averaging about $10k MRR.
Might narrow the focus even more and the kind of services I offer.
I've narrowed my focused a lot and I've found some really great clients that see the value in what I'm offering. Mostly "big picture" design and development work for other agencies where I'm able to immediately slide in as an extra pair of hands for them.
I don't intend to grow too much more beyond this and sort of keep Gloutir as an exclusive, limited service. There is no sustainable way to scale exponentially without offering a much more watered down service.

Yep, just myself.
The first two clients knew each other, one's an agency in NYC and one is an agency in Montreal. Working with an agency is nice because agencies immediately understand the value I'm providing vs trying to find someone like me to hire full time. They can also appreciate the quality of work being offered.
I actually do a lot more than I thought I would when I started Gloutir, in the sense that I'm on client calls for these agencies walking clients through projects. I really don't do much "one off" design things, mostly just entire product build outs.
