This is Work Rhythm Chart from our HealUp Platform.
It's like having a heat map signature of your brain in a dashboard.

Understanding Your Work Rhythm:
• Each cell = 5-minute average intensity (0-100%)
Intensity Calculation:
• Keystrokes & clicks per minute
• App switches & window focus time
• Active vs idle time ratio
• Meeting app detection (purple cells)
What Patterns Mean:
✓ 40-60% steady = Optimal flow
⚠️ Frequent 80%+ spikes = Overload risk
✓ Regular gaps = Good recovery
• Consistent rhythm = Sustainable pace
Optimize Your Day:
• Schedule deep work at peak times
• Break every hour for 5-10 min
• Steady intensity > constant highs
We want to make the chart measuring and reading experience effortless for our users. One of our user feedback was to build a insight layer that give them energy and focus suggestions throughout the day.
My suggestion was very simple, colour the cell according to the intensity. Red for high, Green for low.. I think you get it. Maybe, we could release both in the next version.

One fine morning, I woke up with my heart racing.
I had slept 8 hours, but I felt more tired than before.
Not physically but mentally drained.
I’ve been building startups for almost 4 years now. And every cycle, it hit me the same way:
Stress that didn’t go away after rest
Midday crashes where work felt impossible
The constant advice: “Meditate. Hit the gym. Manage your time better.”
But I realized something: none of that solved the real problem.
Because the problem wasn’t happening outside of work.
It was happening in the middle of work.
I never ran out of ideas or time.
That was my “click” moment.
We don’t run out of time. We run out of energy.
Everyone has the same 24 hours, but not the same cognitive energy to use it.
That’s why I’m building HealUp.
It’s not another productivity tool that nags you with timers.
It’s a cognitive energy assistant something that actually understands your working rhythm, detects when your mind is fading, and nudges you to recover before burnout hits.
The mission?
To help people like me (and maybe you) keep their focus longer, recover smarter, and finally stop burning out from the work they actually care about.
I’m building in public here sharing the messy journey, experiments, and lessons as I shape HealUp into the world’s first true energy-first productivity companion.
This isn’t for everyone yet. But if you’ve ever felt that midday crash or the silent pressure of mental fatigue… you’ll get why I’m obsessed with solving this.
Let’s see where this goes together.

„We don’t run out of time. We run out of energy.“ great quote! i luckily realized the importance of energy and well being above productivity many years ago. since then i put the main focus on health before bizz. i often do a thai massage sacrificing my projects time. the challenge is to find the right balance but i rather have less $$$ then less energy to enjoy life.
I am currently developing a self coaching and self motivation app, which helps me with that a lot. hope to share it soon here.

Really resonates with me 👏
I’ve noticed the same thing — the issue isn’t just time management, it’s the constant friction in the middle of work that drains you.
Curious: how are you thinking about balancing between being a supportive assistant (energy nudges) vs. becoming another tool that interrupts focus?
I’m building Kaelis AI (proactive calendar assistant), so I think a lot about not adding more noise while trying to remove it. Would love to hear your thoughts 🙌

I feel the assistant should be smart enough to captilize on the pause gaps for interruptions. The feeling should be more emotional, rather than a instruction or interruption, it should be like coaching or consulting. User should feel like the assistant actually care about his energy.

That’s such a powerful way to frame it 🙌 I really like the idea of using pause gaps instead of adding friction.
I’m thinking Kaelis AI should feel less like a tool that tells you what to do, and more like a coach that quietly adapts around you. Almost invisible, but always supportive.
Curious — if you had this kind of assistant today, what’s the one scenario where you’d want it to step in for you?

Sounds interesting. Does it have a hardware component? something like this would be great with some sort of measuring device for cortisol levels or something. I find that with software tools, the act of entering information and managing it everyday can also feel like work and additional cognitive load.
Good luck!-

Appreciate the love. That's a good one too, venturing to hardware component. We could look into future scaling ideas. For HealUp, you no need to manually input or setup required. It's invisible by design, works on the background. Google healup(dot)me to check our web for more details.
