Published Hugo Calendly Shortcode Plus

I'm excited! I published my first paid product!

I have completed all additional features I had in mind when compared to the free, oss version.
Including being able to set default Calendly parameters through Hugo's site configuration, page front matter, or data files. And the ability to customize colors and various other pieces only available to users with a Calendly Pro subscriptions.
