Crossed $2.5mil ARR 🚀
We launched JustCall.io on Product Hunt on 2nd Dec 2016 and got our first paying customer in March 2017.
It took us 18 months to reach our 1st million ARR. 4 things worked well for us and helped us grow:
- Integrations with CRMs and Helpdesks
- 24 x 7 Customer Support
- Revenue Expansion built in the revenue model (accounts expand either via increase in seats or by upgrading to premium plan)
