Introducing a Referral Program

Starting today, I'm trying out a referral program, where any person or business with a successful referral will get 20% of the sale. For example, if a referral buys a logo design for $200, you will receive $40 as commission or discount coupon for your next project with me.

I will first test this out here and on LinkedIn, where I have more than 300 connections. So if you know someone who needs a logo design, feel free to message me for a free consultation at [email protected]. You can view my website at http://johnery.com/logos.html

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Very interested to see the results of your referral program :) I'm going to talk about it around me.

      Thanks, much appreciated!

I'm not sure it will be that popular, as logos/rebrands are generally a one time thing and it'd be pretty rare for them to need multiple logos.

Have you considered just paying people cash (a cut of the sale), or at least giving them the option? In my experience it performs a lot better than offering product discounts or freebies.

Actually that makes much more sense. I'll change the program to what you suggested. Thanks so much for your advice!
