New onboarding process

We used to invite new members to book for a rendezvous (event) when they just subscribed to our membership. This would mean they would show up to a rendezvous with no clue of how it works (guidelines, etiquette etc.). In addition of creating a playbook all members can read and comment, we have decided the first step after the subscription would now to follow a 30' onboarding session where we can show them around, explain how LVRSNFRNDS works and answer all the questions they may have.
