Came up with the idea

While working to develop a new Performance Management system in my Human Resources job thought that it would be great to be able to connect with people who are experts in their fields to get some input. People who's readily available to share their thoughts and inspire others without having to go to LinkedIn, add them and hopefully get a response back.
