Muvyu was reborn
by Hussam HebboWhen Covid hit, I couldn't go to the gym or do workouts properly. Gyms, studios, and individual instructors were affected massively and started turning into online, live classes. With that, Muvyu was reborn. Yes, reborn. Muvyu is a startup that we bootstrapped between 2013 - 2015. Customers at the time didn't want to do online workouts, and internet speed wasn't at its best back then. We couldn't finance the project further, and the startup died in 2015. 5 years fast-forward, almost everyone jumped online. However, instructors' experience to manage their business online was siloed. They started using a mix of calendars, Zoom, PayPal, Square, spreadsheets, Instagram, and personal websites. Muvyu was initially built to combine all of those into one place. It was the right time to put Muvyu online again.
