Your daily podcast from your email and calendar
Last week I shared my intro and launched the product page for My Morning Brief — an AI tool that turns your email and calendar into a short daily podcast so you can start the day informed without scrolling.
This week I’ve been:
Setting up my builder board
Replying to early comments
Inviting a few early testers to try the MVP
Here’s what I’m learning already:
Indie Hackers is very conversation-driven. Replying keeps your post alive way longer.
People are curious about the workflow behind the idea, not just the shiny end result.

What’s next:
Recruit 3–5 testers this week
Post my first milestone update
Keep refining the MVP’s onboarding (even if is still a bit clunky)
If you’ve built an MVP here before, how did you find your first testers?
