An AI that remembers your work — and turns it into momentum
Shipped this weekend:
— Seeded the Knowledge Base: 13 articles covering the core platform, written and live in an afternoon.
— Then a same-day idea: what if the AI companion could teach the articles instead of just sitting next to them? Our Briefing audio stack was already a shared component, so ~90 minutes later: open any article, hit Listen, and the companion walks you through it section by section — voice picker, live section tracking, free on every plan.
— Also root-caused a four-month-old password bug (the fix's success toast was being eaten by the bug itself), and closed three QA finds from a user teardown earlier this week.
July 27 on Product Hunt. The receipts are the roadmap.
My product ran as an internal tool for years — it ran my own business before I ever thought about users. Turning it outward is recent, and the launch is the test case: it exists as a chain in our own workspace. One goal (Build a Product Users Love) → objectives → ~500 tasks → every hour logged against it. 104.2 hours on the build-in-public thread alone, and the number only moves one way.
Recent stretch: rebuilt onboarding for the third time, turned on the activation email sequence, and tonight the first paid-ad experiment starts delivering — $200 across four audience verticals to find out where our solo-operator ICP actually lives, since every organic channel so far reached fellow builders instead.

About
NTS ran my own consulting business for years before I ever thought about other users. The bet: solo operators don't need another to-do list — they need their real work to add up to something.
