May 5, 2026 I built a small offline arcade app with multiple mini-games for Android

Hi everyone,

I recently launched Neonstar Arcade, a mobile-first Android arcade app with a collection of quick-play mini-games.

The idea is simple: instead of building one large game, I wanted to create a pocket arcade where players can jump between small games, chase high scores, unlock badges, and play offline without needing an account.

Current features:

Multiple arcade-style mini-games in one app

Offline gameplay

No ads

High scores and badges

Mobile-first touch controls

Simple pick-up-and-play sessions

I built it with Godot, and this has been a fun learning project around mobile game design, game balancing, Android exports, Play Store assets, credits/licensing, and polishing UI for smaller screens.

I’d love feedback on:

The launcher/home screen experience

Which mini-game feels most fun

Whether the badge system makes the app more replayable

Any ideas for simple arcade games to add next

Thanks for checking it out. Happy to share more about the build process too.
