After launching our closed beta and working with hundreds of managers in the last 6 months, we finally opened our Manager 1-on-1 & feedback tool for everyone - https://www.peoplebox.ai
We had been working on building the right tool for Managers that can help them unlock their teams' potential and become better leaders.
Received some amazing insights and interesting feedback from our beta managers to bring the product at this stage.
If you conduct 1-on-1s or have any direct reports, would love you to try out the product and provide some feedback.
Our aim now is to directly reach out to managers and offer a first of its kind AI tool, designed specifically for managers to build a constantly engaged and high performing team.
Would love to get some out-of-the-box ideas on how to reach out to these managers.

Cool idea. I've never seen software to manage 1-on-1s before but it makes sense. I would spend at least 5 hours a week in meetings with my direct reports, so having this to organize seems like it could bring some efficiency. We're only 2 founders now at Reflect so I don't have a need right now ;) But will definitely keep it in mind. Good luck!
