We were running a counselling startup in India helping build powerful relationships through counselling but the market size was a big concern. At this level, many organisations started approaching us to check if we can help build better relationship with the employees in the times of Millennials, Glassdoor and Talent war.
We didn't want to jump to a pivot without any homework so first found a client who would be ready to pay us if we have the product. Luckily we found it really easy and started writing the code.
