When moving among several portals daily I've always had this difficulty in telling the owner of the app/portal/marketplace that something is wrong or something could be done better. Standard contact forms were often buried deep under multpiple layers of the application and even if I came there there was only an email left. The feedback process was long as I had to insert all of the neccessary info myself and there was often something missing for the support on company side (like error logs etc).
That's why I decided to make feedback gathering tool so that it would enable any company to make customer's life easier in filling in the feedback.
