Trying to chase those first few users, I’ve tried to do this by giving away lifetime memberships.

Currently this has only been on IH (https://www.indiehackers.com/post/giving-away-10-free-subscriptions-320c4753a6) but may look at repurposing post and adding to another platform.

Definitely thought this was the silver bullet but results are yet to be seen.

If I cannot give away subscriptions, how will I sell any?!

I have zero personal audience and I have zero brand audience, it's time to tell the story starting from zero and keeping up to date in public on how we get traction.

Other than growth, it's how you start, and where those first customers come from, so that story will be told here.
