Founded Scatterbrain Studio, LLC!

It is official! The letter just came back today. We are now a registered LLC in the state of Delaware.

The whole process took less time than expected - about 3 weeks since filling out the form for Entity Formation. Though we did research what we should do for a couple months beforehand.
