2K€ MRR only 48-hours after launching

It sounds unreal. But it happened.

Only 48-hours after publishing my website, I signed 2 old leads (an entrepreneur and a seed startup) and 1 new lead (a B2B SaaS product) with around 1,2K€ MRR each. Now, here the next 3 steps :

1/ Improve the onboarding
These 3 sales process show me that I'm a not ready yet to scale. My onboarding process is too manual, I have too many call and I sign a deal in 7 days. Instead of 1 day. Good luck for the 200 next leads.

2/ Start really things
Now, it's time to generate value with paid advertising. I'm condensing everything I learn in 4 years and + 5M€ of paid investment managed, so let's do it.

3/ Recruiting
I don't have enough time to focus on it, and I'm recruiting a freelance or an interne to help me scaling.
