Yees, I sign my first client with a 499€ / month deal.
It's not a lot, but it's full automated, form the lead magnet to Stripe payments, and Google Ads strategies. I take me 2 hours to onboard him and setup the account the AI Structure.
Plus, I think that I have many cross-sell opportunities: cold emailing, CRO, etc.
Here we are. I launch my first productized agency focusing on Google Ads only. I focus myself on this project, working 2 days a week.

I received a lot of leads. The problem is 80% of them doesn't want a paid ads solution, but a growth marketing agency.

I accomplish this with the my network around my previous freelance activity. I made deals with complementary agencies, in exchange of commissions.

Then, if 10% of these leads sign, I'll be around 20K€/MRR. And it change a lot of things.

How do you manage the partnerships and sharing of commissions, are you using any affiliate tool?
It sounds unreal. But it happened.
Only 48-hours after publishing my website, I signed 2 old leads (an entrepreneur and a seed startup) and 1 new lead (a B2B SaaS product) with around 1,2K€ MRR each. Now, here the next 3 steps :
1/ Improve the onboarding
These 3 sales process show me that I'm a not ready yet to scale. My onboarding process is too manual, I have too many call and I sign a deal in 7 days. Instead of 1 day. Good luck for the 200 next leads.
2/ Start really things
Now, it's time to generate value with paid advertising. I'm condensing everything I learn in 4 years and + 5M€ of paid investment managed, so let's do it.
3/ Recruiting
I don't have enough time to focus on it, and I'm recruiting a freelance or an interne to help me scaling.
I have to be clear with you. I'm good about thinking and building an idea, but I'm so bad about how to make it (really) happen.
By starting this project, I built my motivation around this : don't overthink, just, build something. Go forward. We'll see later.
