Sindri
AI-built MVPs from $3,000. Shipped in 5–7 days.
I'm offering a discount code of 30% to our earliest customers. Discount code is LAUNCH30OFF
Every time I needed custom software built, the process was the same. Three calls before a quote. A
proposal with hourly bands. Two weeks of back-and-forth on what "in scope" meant. By the time anyone
wrote a line of code, I'd already lost a month.
So I built Sindri (sindri.build) — a productized build service that skips all of that.
How it works:
- Answer 10 questions about what you're building (~3 min)
- AI generates a detailed spec and assigns a fixed-price tier
- You see the spec + price before paying anything
- Pay full or 50% deposit, get a build portal with progress updates and messaging
- Ship working code as a downloadable zip when it's done
Pricing is on the site. No calls.
- Micro — $3,000, 5–7 days (landing page, lead capture, a single tool)
- Tool — $9,500, 10–14 days (single-feature SaaS with auth)
- Platform — $16,500, 3–4 weeks (multi-feature product, payments, admin panel)
- Complex — $38,000, 4–6 weeks (full platform, AI features, custom integrations)
The thing I knew would kill it if I didn't address it: what if you pay for Platform and the actual
build only meets Tool quality? Sindri has a partial-delivery policy — if the final build comes in
below the contracted tier, you're auto-charged at the lower tier and refunded the difference. The
intake spec is the contract.
The intake is live and you can run it without paying — walk away with a free spec for your idea. I'd
genuinely love to see what people put through it and what feels broken or confusing.
Critique welcome.

About
I created a system where I can build software with AI at a higher quality than what's commercially available. I built Sindri to share that capability with the rest of the world.

This is a strong model because you are not just replacing the discovery call with AI. You are removing the uncertainty that usually makes custom software feel risky: unclear scope, hourly drift, delayed quotes, and no clean definition of what the client is actually buying.
The strongest positioning is probably fixed-scope product delivery, not AI agency intake. The AI part is useful, but the real trust-builder is that the spec becomes the contract, the tier is visible before payment, and the refund logic protects the buyer if delivery comes in below scope.
One thing I’d pressure-test early is the brand frame. Sindri has a nice builder/forge feel, but if this becomes a serious productized build platform, the name has to carry trust beyond the first launch story. You are selling high-ticket execution, not a small AI form.
Xevoa .com would fit this direction well as a broader build/workflow platform brand. It keeps the product on your side: same intake, same fixed-price model, same delivery portal, but with a name that can scale if Sindri grows beyond agency replacement into repeatable software delivery infrastructure.
Since the pricing starts at $3K and goes up to $38K, the first impression matters a lot. Buyers need to feel they are entering a serious delivery system before they ever touch the intake.
