Great article. I do agree that Yelp is not the most popular among small business.
Initially when we were doing customer validation interview for reviewhornet.com, we did ask for opinions aobut Yelp from real estate agents, almost everyone had a bad opinion of them. Somehow, their business model was not the most attractive to customers. I remember, couple of them even called it 'fraud'.
